Welcome to the launch of the Sencha Blog! With the entries to come, we invite you to take a relaxing tea break as we enlighten you with tea innovations, lifestyle trends, and informative tidbits. The occasional company & product update will also be interspersed throughout.

Although we take great pride in providing the highest quality gourmet Green Tea Mints & Green Tea Bars, our company goes far beyond our products. We are real people with a real desire towards personal growth, community progress, and environmental sustainability.

We value honest communication and conduct our daily lives with integrity. Of course, we also allow some wiggle room for jokes & laughter, as these are crucial in a tight-knit working environment. Our company started with one man's journey to Asia in 2001. David Kerdoon, our CEO, was amazed by the prevalence of daily tea drinking and green-tea infused products that are simply nonexistent in the rest of the world. Upon returning to the States, David collaborated with other tea connoisseurs and culinary chefs to develop what would evolve into our current line of SEN CHA Green Tea products.

And now, well into 2008, Sencha Naturals finds itself nicely established and highly esteemed in the gourmet community. Nevertheless, we are still real people with down-to-earth mentalities. We brew fresh tea daily in our office. David prepares chai lattes for our company meetings. We enjoy occasional office-wide Thai lunches. It always comes down to the simple pleasures...
