Lately our fans have been asking why our mints and bars are vegan.

The answer is simple; besides being an ecologically and socially responsible company, we believe that making vegan food is important.

More tests are indicating that eating meat contributes to the destruction of the rainforest, the air quality crisis and the mass pollution of our waterways.

~According to a 2006 United Nations report, the meat industry produces more greenhouse gases than the world's cars, planes and ships combined

~The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has noted that 90% of hazardous ammonia emissions in the United States come from farms that raise animals used for consumption

~The EPA has concluded that 35,000 miles of river in 22 states have been polluted by contaminated groundwater from farm animals on a greater scale than all industrial sources


S0 we may want to ask ourselves this question, "Why do we consume animals that eat plants when we can just eat the plants?"
